The existence of cable TV is declining from the market these days as more numbers of people are shifting from cable TV networks to satellite TV networks for better quality and hence better satisfaction. Satellite TV networks are highly preferred by most people today because they get more number of channels by paying the same rental which they pay for cable TV and get less amount of channels for their entertainment. Moreover, the quality of the channels in a satellite TV network is better than that one gets in a cable TV network.

Satellite TV systems are composed of digital signals unlike cable TV systems which contain analog signals for transmission and reception. Digital signals have minimum or no interference from noise or other signals and hence they deliver high quality to the customer. Analog signals can be interfered with noise or other signals in the atmosphere hence degrading the quality of the channel reception. That is why more and more people are switching to satellite TV systems from cable TV systems. So if a person would get more number of high quality channels in the same amount of money for which he is getting lesser amount of channels that too in low quality, then he would obviously choose the satellite TV system.
